Terms and Conditions  −  Nomansland Beer Festival 2026

Terms and Conditions:
-The event is subject to license.
-Entry to the event will only be permitted by ticket and the event management reserve the
right to refuse entry.
-The event management reserve the right to evict anyone from the event who is found to have
contravened any of these Terms & Conditions.
-It is required that anyone visiting the event must wear the event wristband provided at all
times and, if asked, to show proof of age through identification. Anyone under the age of 18
must be accompanied by an adult.
-Acceptable identification: Driving Licence/Passport/PASS (Proof of Age Standards
Scheme). The event will be implementing the Challenge 25 Scheme.
-Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. The event will continue should the
weather conditions change and mean that the ground could become wet and muddy and all
visitors are required to wear sensible footwear. This will also mean that the event
management reserves the right NOT to cancel the event and reasonable adjustments be made
if necessary.
-No alcohol or glass or food to be brought into the venue.
-No contraband or illegal substances are permitted to be brought into the venue nor any item
that might be used as a weapon.
-No animals are permitted to brought into the event except for guide dogs.
-No driving is permitted anywhere on the site unless on initial entry and exit of the site.
-Parking is provided free to event visitors only and all owners of vehicles and their
possessions enter the event site entirely at their own risk.
-Antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated, this includes against any event staff or other
attendees. Those found to be causing any form of antisocial behaviour will be removed.
-All attendees must comply with all and any instructions given by any member of the event
management or their staff.
-No smoking is permitted in any enclosed space and the normal statutory rules and
regulations on smoking apply and must be observed at the event.
-The event will have live music and all attendees are required to take suitable measures to
protect their hearing.
-If any provision within these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by
a court, that provision will be severed or amended in such a manner as to render the rest of
the provision and the remainder of these Terms & Conditions valid and enforceable.
-These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and all
parties agree to submit to their exclusive jurisdiction.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
