THIS RELEASE MUST BE READ AND AGREED BY RESPECTIVE RIDERS / PILLIONS BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN EVENTS



Agreement to this statement is signified by electronic processing and completing the Registration Form.



I / We wish to join the Riding With Giants 2026 events to accompany the Standing With Giants Exhibitions



In registering for this event I release the organizers and Standing With Giants from claims and demands, rights and causes of action which I now have or may later have against the released parties in any way resulting from, arising out of, or in connection with the event and my participation in said named events.



The undersigned acts for and in consideration of the opportunity to join the Riding with Giants event and I further release the organizers and hold harmless the released organizers from claim and demands, rights and causes of action which I now have or later may have against the released organizers in any way resulting from, arising out of, or in connection with the named event and my participation in the same.



This release extends to claims I have or later may have against the released organizers relating to my property, whether or not such claims results from negligence on the part of any or all of the released organizers with respect to the event or with respect to conditions, qualifications, instructions, rules and or procedures under which the event is conducted or from any other cause.



I understand that this means that I agree not to sue any or all of the released organizers for any damage to my property arising from, or in connection with the event, except in the case of gross negligence or wilful intent by the released organizers.



I am experienced in and familiar with the operation of motorcycles and fully undertake the risk and dangers inherent in motorcycling. I am voluntarily participating in the events, and I expressly agree to assume the entire risk of my participation in the said event. Likewise, I agree to further instructions being forwarded to myself regarding the events in particular, riding procedures, timings, venues and operational procedures.



I understand that the released organizers may take photographs and videos of the event, and I hereby confirm `I have no objection that my photograph or a video including me is taken. Likewise, their use in marketing / promoting / recording and publishing such relevant events via social media channels and / or as the organizers see suitable.



By agreeing to this release and authorization to photograph or video I certify that I have read this release document and fully understand it and that I am not relying on any statements or representations made by the released organizers.

YOU ARE DEEMED TO BE IN CONTROL OF, AND RESPONSIBLE FOR, YOUR VEHICLE AND YOUR RIDING AT ALL TIMES, IRRESPECTIVE OF ANY GUIDANCE OR INSTRUCTION FROM ANY MEMBER OF THE ORGANISERS, THEIR STAFF AND / OR EVENT MARSHALLS. YOU MUST AT ALL TIMES RIDE WITHIN THE LAW AND OBEY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATIONS
