EVENT BOOKINGS

Full payment will be taken on booking.

Unfortunately, there will be no refund once pre-payment has been made.

The Hotel reserves the right to cancel any date. In these circumstances either an alternative date will be offered or a full refund of any payments, but the hotel will have no further liability.

Advertised artists are booked at the time of event promotion. Circumstances out of our control may result in a programme change without prior notice being given to guests.

1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, APPLICABLE TO ALL EVENTS
1.1. All monies paid in advance are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be used towards other goods or services. Party organisers are requested to inform all members of their party of this policy.
1.2. Payment for party bookings must be made by cash, cheque, credit card or bank transfer.
1.3. All prices quoted include VAT at the prevailing rate and are subject to change should the VAT rate change.
1.4. Alterations to all bookings must be confirmed in writing.
1.5. We may amend the Price on written notice to you to reflect any change in cost beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to increases in the price of, or the cost of obtaining goods, materials, services or staff, changes in VAT and import/export duties, and any costs, or increase in costs, incurred arsing as a consequence of, out of or in connection with the UK or worldwide supply chain crisis).
1.6. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse admission and to escort a guest off the premises whose behaviour is inappropriate.
1.7. The Hotel reserves the right to cancel any function or accommodation reservation.
1.8. If you are concerned about food allergies, such as nuts, you are invited to ask one of our team members for assistance when selecting menu items.
1.9. All details are subject to availability at the time of booking.

2. FORCE MAJEURE
2.1. We will not be liable for any delay or failure of our obligations or any cancellation or postponement of the Event by us as a result of causes beyond our control. This will include but will not be limited to fire, flood, acts of God, acts and regulations of any governmental or supranational authority, War, riots, acts of terrorism, epidemic, pandemic, strikes, lockouts, failure of energy sources or transport network, breakdown of plant or machinery, nuclear, failures by third party utility providers (including internet or third party server failure), industrial disputes, default of suppliers or third party contractors, currency fluctuations, increased prices of stock, goods and services, shortages or unavailability of staff, goods, materials or services and supply chain failure.
2.2. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this term shall relieve you of your payment obligations under the Agreement.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
