Farthingloe Events – Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket and attending the events organised by Farthingloe Events, you agree to the following terms:
1. Tickets & Entry
All tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the event date specified.
Children under 2 years old enter free but must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Concession tickets (e.g. carers, children) may require proof of eligibility.
No physical wristbands are issued. Please bring your digital or printed ticket and present it at the gate upon arrival.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour poses a risk to others or disrupts the event.
2. Refunds & Cancellations
Tickets are non-refundable, except in the case of full event cancellation by the organiser.
If the event is cancelled due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will attempt to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be offered (excluding booking and processing fees).
No refunds will be provided for partial event cancellations, missed activities, or change-of-mind.
3. Weather & Outdoor Conditions
This is an outdoor event. Please dress for the weather and be prepared for uneven ground, sunshine, rain, or mud.
Some activities may be paused or cancelled temporarily in the interest of safety during poor weather conditions.
4. Activities & Attractions
A variety of entertainment and games will be available throughout the day.
Some activities (such as inflatables, funfair-style games, or food stalls) may carry an additional charge.
Participation in physical activities is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
The organiser accepts no responsibility for injuries caused by misuse or failure to follow safety instructions.
5. Traders & Vendors
All vendors must be pre-approved and supply valid public liability insurance.
Stalls must be set up and packed down within designated hours.
Vendors are responsible for the cleanliness and waste disposal of their area.
Power supply is not guaranteed unless previously arranged.
6. Parking
Free on-site parking is available and will be clearly signposted.
Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.
Please follow directions from our parking stewards and do not block access routes or emergency exits.
7. Pets
Well-behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times.
Dogs are not allowed on inflatables or in children’s play areas.
Please clean up after your pet and dispose of waste responsibly.
8. Photography & Filming
We may take photographs or video footage during the event for marketing and promotional purposes.
By attending, you give consent for your image to be used. If you do not wish to appear in any media, please let a member of staff know on arrival.
9. Emergency & First Aid
Qualified first aiders will be on site at all times.
In the event of an emergency, please alert a member of staff or steward immediately.
A lost child point will be clearly signposted near the main entrance.
Please cooperate fully with all emergency instructions or announcements.
10. Conduct & Behaviour
All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly.
Aggressive, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.
Alcohol may not be brought onto the site unless sold by licensed on-site vendors.
11. Liability
You attend and participate at your own risk.
The organiser accepts no responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage to property unless caused by proven negligence.
Children remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians at all times.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
