1. Ticket Purchases
• All ticket sales are final.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except in exceptional circumstances at the organiser’s discretion.
• Please check your tickets carefully at the time of booking, as mistakes cannot always be amended.

2. Refunds & Cancellations
• Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, illness, holidays, or inability to attend.
• In the event of a full show cancellation by the organiser, a refund or transfer option will be offered.
• If a performance is rescheduled, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date.

3. Seating
• Seating allocations are managed via the booking system.
• Specific seat requests cannot be guaranteed unless booked through a reserved seating plan.
• Late arrivals may be asked to wait until a suitable break before being seated.

4. Children & Entry
• All audience members must hold a valid ticket (including children unless otherwise stated).
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone causing disruption.

5. Photography & Filming
• Flash photography is strictly prohibited.
• Filming of the performance is not permitted unless otherwise stated.
• Official show photography and/or videography may take place. By attending, you consent to being included in audience footage.

6. Programme Changes
• The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the performance, cast, running order, or production elements without prior notice.

7. Health & Safety
• All audience members must follow venue safety guidance and instructions from staff.
• The organiser accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.

8. Liability
• The organiser shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from circumstances outside of reasonable control.

9. Accessibility
• Please notify us in advance if you require accessible seating or additional support so arrangements can be made where possible.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6.
