Arriving at Holmewood House
We operate an unofficial one-way system through the school and always advise traffic to enter via Barrow Lane and exit along Hither Chantlers. Cars approaching the school against the flow of traffic will be redirected.

Registration and Course Times
All playscheme children are dropped off and collected directly from the Nursery building. Courses run mornings, afternoons or full days over 5 days (Monday to Friday). Full day 9.00-5.00. Morning only 10.00-12.30. Afternoon only 1.30-4.00.
Please book sessions on a day-by-day basis. For full day cover, please select both the morning and afternoon session for that day. By booking both sessions in one day, you will get 6 hours of Playscheme for the price of 5 hours.

Lunch and Break Times
Children staying for the full day must bring a packed lunch. All children eat under supervision. Drinks, biscuits and fruit are provided.

Medical and Emergency including Fire Alarms
Please let us know if your child suffers from any specific medical problem. There is space for this on the application form. The Medical Centre is not in operation during the courses, but we have trained first-aiders on site. Upon hearing the fire alarm, you must leave by the nearest exit and assemble along the tennis course fence on the north lawn where you should await further instruction.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a booking, course fees (minus £15.00 administrative charge) will be refunded provided 3 weeks notice has been given. There will be no refund if you cancel within 3 weeks of the course start date. If we cancel a course, an alternative course will be offered or full fees refunded.

Lost Property
All items left behind at the end of the sessions will be displayed. Unclaimed property will be disposed of two weeks after the end of courses.

Participants
We reserve the right to ask participants to leave without refund in the case of unacceptable behaviour.

It is your responsibility to ensure that participants are fit for the course. If any participants have any special medical or dietary needs or particular physical or psychological conditions, you must send us details before the course.

Our day courses are not suitable for all disabilities or needs. It is your responsibility to make us aware of any special needs, disabilities or learning difficulties when making the booking.

Promotional Codes
Misuse of promotional codes will result in your application being cancelled.

TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
