Terms and Conditions

This ticket is proof of purchase of the above event and must be presented at the time of admission.

This ticket is non-transferable and only one ticket is valid per ticket purchased. Please note the type of ticket purchased. Please ensure you select the correct number of tickets (of the correct type) for your party prior to booking.

Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry.

Sales are final, and refunds are only available in extenuating circumstances and at the discretion of the event organiser. If Footsteps to Theatre cancels the performance/event, full refunds will be given.

Proof of age or a concession card may be requested (at events where we sell concession rate tickets).

Latecomers will have to wait to be seated at seated events. There will be no refunds. Doors open 15-20 minutes before the start of performance events. Doors will open at the official start time for other events, unless otherwise specified.

Any persons who are noisy, drunk, threatening or unruly will be asked to leave the premises, and will not be eligible for a refund.

The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry.

The videotaping or making of electronic or other audio and/or visual recordings or streams of this production is strictly prohibited and a violation of United Kingdom Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. For both legal and safeguarding reasons, please refrain from taking videos or photographs at this event unless express permission has been given by Footsteps to Theatre.

Your data will not be used for marketing purposes unless consent was provided at the point of purchase. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting footstepstotheatre@gmail.com.

Profits will go towards funding future Footsteps to Theatre projects and experiences (both locally and further afield) for young people in and around our local community.
