Cancellation
Please note, no refunds will be issued for tickets cancelled less than 48 hours prior to ticket session start time.
Should you wish to cancel or amend a booked session please contact us via trybooking or email commercial@stleonards-fife.org with the full details of session you would like a refund for including child's name and booking reference number.

Sickness
In line with the Schools sickness policy, we remind parents that children should not be brought to the HOliday Clubif they have a fever or heavy cold, or if they have had vomiting or diarrhoea within the previous 48 hours. If there has been contact with other infectious diseases, parents are asked to seek permission before returning their child to the Holiday Club.

St Leonards School has the right to cancel any session(s) of the activity club if bookings do not reach the minimum numbers, if an emergency should occur and/or in any other situation deemed necessary by the commercial team.
