Tickets are non-refundable if you can’t attend, but you can transfer your ticket to someone else.
If we cancel the event, you’ll be refunded.
If we postpone, your ticket will be transferred to the new date, or refunded in the event you can't attend.
The event will be filmed/recorded; attendance is treated as consent.
This event is suitable for under-18s but they must be accompanied by a paying adult who is responsible for them at all times. We do not assume any responsibility for minors taking part in this event.

Tickets, sales channel, and payment
a) Tickets are sold exclusively through trybooking.com (the “Ticketing Platform”).
b) Payments are processed through the Ticketing Platform and its payment processor(s)
c) Your purchase is also subject to the Ticketing Platform’s terms and policies.
Pricing, VAT, add-ons, instalments
a) Ticket prices are as shown on the Ticketing Platform.
b) No instalment plans are offered.
c) No VAT is charged unless stated otherwise at point of sale.
d) No add-ons are offered.
Refunds, cancellation, postponement, and transfers
a) No refunds if you can’t attend: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable if you cannot attend for any reason (including illness, travel disruption, or scheduling conflicts).
b) Transfers allowed: You may transfer your ticket to another person. If the Ticketing Platform requires a formal transfer process, you must follow it.
c) If we cancel: If we cancel the Event, tickets will be refunded via the Ticketing Platform.
d) If we postpone/reschedule: If postponed, your ticket will transfer to the new date.
Changes to the Event
We may make reasonable changes to the schedule, content, facilitators, or arrangements where necessary. We will try to notify you of material changes.
Entry, behaviour, and safety
a) You must comply with venue rules and reasonable instructions from Event staff.
b) No harassment or abusive/disruptive behaviour. If, in our reasonable opinion, your behaviour is inappropriate or unsafe, we may refuse entry or remove you without refund.
c) No alcohol policy: Alcohol is not permitted as part of the Event, and you must not attend intoxicated.
Under-18s
a) Under-18s may attend only if accompanied by a paying adult.
b) The accompanying adult is responsible for the under-18 at all times while on the premises.
c) We do not accept responsibility for under-18s on the premises.
Filming, recording, and attendee recording
a) We will film and/or record the Event (not live-streamed).
b) Attendance is treated as consent to being filmed/recorded and for us to use recordings for Event-related and promotional purposes (including editing, publishing, and sharing on websites and social media).
c) Opt-out: If you do not wish to appear, contact info@torilongdon.com
in advance. We will take reasonable steps to accommodate, but cannot guarantee you will not be captured incidentally.
d) Attendee recording: You may record yourself. You must not record others in a way that infringes privacy, disrupts the Event, or is unlawful. We may ask you to stop recording if it interferes with the Event or other attendees.
Intellectual property and materials
a) All Event content and materials (including any handouts, exercises, and resources provided) are owned by us and/or the relevant rights holders.
b) You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use provided materials for your own learning and private use only.
c) You may not copy, distribute, upload, publish, sell, or share materials (including sheet music) in any form after the session without our prior written permission.
Liability
a) Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
b) Subject to (a), we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or losses arising from your travel/accommodation arrangements.
c) Subject to (a), our total liability to you in connection with the Event is limited to the ticket price you paid.
d) You attend at your own risk and are responsible for your belongings. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including venue issues, severe weather, public health restrictions, or government action). Where this happens, we will communicate changes via the Ticketing Platform and/or email.
Data protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Ticketing Platform’s policies for ticketing/payment processing.

Disputes and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6.
