Terms and Conditions

- Tickets are non-transferable.

- Tickets are non-refundable after 5 June 2026.

- Tickets are available in advance and online through www.trybooking.com only.

- Applications may be made for a whole table (maximum of 10 guests) or part of a table.

- Parents of Sixth Form pupils should note that all pupils attending MUST have a named adult who is responsible for them and present throughout the evening. One adult can be responsible for a maximum of three pupils on the night.

- There will be no accommodation available in School on the night of the Ball.

- Under no circumstances will pupils be allowed to camp in the school grounds or have access to their houses.

- Event Opens: 18:30.

- Last orders at the Bar: Midnight.

- Carriages: 00:30.

- No alcohol for under 18s (although U18s may have alcohol when seated at their table and whilst the meal is being served).

- Only alcohol purchased on site is permitted.

- We reserve the right to refuse entry to, or request the departure of, anyone who brings alcohol to the event, who arrives in a state of intoxication, or gets it wrong during the evening.

- This event is not open to the general public.

TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
