By booking a stall at our Summer Fete, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your stall space.
2. Set-Up & Timings
Stallholders may access the site from 2:30pm for set-up.
All stalls must be ready by 3:30pm.
The event runs from 3:30pm to 5:30pm (public access 4:00pm–5:30pm).
Stalls must not be dismantled before 5:30pm without prior agreement.
3. Equipment
Tables and Chairs provided. Stallholders must provide their own display materials unless otherwise agreed.
All equipment must be secure and suitable for outdoor use.
4. Insurance & Compliance
Stallholders must hold valid Public Liability Insurance (minimum £5 million recommended).
All electrical equipment must be PAT tested.
Food vendors must comply with current food hygiene regulations and hold appropriate certification.
5. Health & Safety
Stallholders are responsible for the safety of their own stall space and stock.
No open flames or hazardous materials are permitted without prior written approval.
The organisers reserve the right to request removal of any item deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
6. Responsibility
The organisers accept no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to stock or equipment.
Stallholders are responsible for clearing their pitch area of all rubbish at the end of the event.
7. Cancellation
In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, the organisers reserve the right to cancel or amend the event.
If cancelled by the organisers, stall fees will be refunded.
8. Conduct
The organisers reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at their discretion.
All stallholders must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner.

This ticket was produced using the TryBooking UK Ltd website. All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
