Terms and Conditions

Cancellation - If you contact us with more than 24 hours notice we will aim to refund or move your ticket. We may not get back to you straight away as we do not have a dedicated admin team who are always at the computer but we will aim to respond and action your request within 48 hours. If we have to cancel the event we will always provide a refund in full. We will provide as much notice as possible and will only cancel if the event would be unsafe to run.

Refund policy - If you provide more than 24 hours notice of cancellation we will refund your booking. If you contact us will less than 24 hours notice we may not be able to offer you a full refund unless we can re-book the space.

If you have been dissatisfied with the event in any way we cannot guarantee a refund but please let us know by speaking to the staff member present or by contacting us via trybooking and we will always try to improve the experience for you and future visitors.

We will not provide refunds based on poor weather unless it is unsafe and we are unable to run the event or if it would be dangerous to do so.

FAQs

Is my child guaranteed to find eggs in the hunt?
We have enough eggs out for every child to find 10 different colours to swap. Even if they don't find all 10 every participant is GUARANTEED an Easter Egg prize.

Are there allergy friendly and vegan eggs?
Yes, we have vegan and allergy friendly eggs! The sweets that are on the hunting field are not all vegan but we will swap them for a vegan alternative at the end of the hunt and the guaranteed Easter Egg prize has a vegan option

What is the "Tots hunt"
A separate field where children can take as long as they like to hunt. This will be available all day between 10am and 3pm for children under 3 who might not enjoy the hustle and bustle of the bigger hunt!

Can my child do the Tots hunt if they are over 3?
We encourage bigger children to do the main hunt so the tots hunt is kept more relaxed, but if your child has additional needs or mobility issues we suggest that you book a tots hunt ticket as the field is smaller, flatter and quieter than the main hunt. If you are unsure, please contact parksandcountryside@sheffield.gov.uk and we'll try to help.

Can my children of different ages hunt together?
Yes, the hunt is more relaxed this year so even in the main hunt children can go at their own pace so littler ones won't be competing with bigger children.

Can I bring my dog?
No. We do not allow dogs into the farm as they scare our animals.

Where is the egg hunt?
It is within the animal farm in the field right at the bottom of the path. The tots hunt is in a fenced off shady area right next to the main hunt

Why can't I help my child pick up eggs?
We have had problems with parents getting a LITTLE bit over competitive in the past! We have changed the hunt so children are picking up eggs and swapping them for a prize of sweets rather than picking up sweets to help stop this as much!

Do children need a bucket?
We advise that you bring a bucket to carry your eggs that you find, but we do sell them at the farm on the day or you can just carry your eggs!

What time should I arrive?
Yes, we are open 10am - 3.30pm and you can come anytime between 10am and 2.30pm for the main hunt or 10am - 3pm for the tots hunt. We recommend coming for a few hours so you get to see all our animals and enjoy the full farm!

Is there additional parking?
Yes, we have additional parking on our field (weather permitting!), it is £5 per car between 9am and 4pm.

Is the gift shop open?
Yes it will be open 10am - 3pm each day and you can buy animal feed, toys or souvenirs.

Is there a cafe on site?
We have a coffee cart in the farm that will be open throughout the event serving hot and cold drinks and snacks. The Rose Garden Cafe is also open in the park.

Are there toilets/baby change on site?
Yes. we have toilets and a baby change facility on site in the farm as well as toilets and baby change facilities approximately 200m away in the main park.

A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6.
