Terms & Conditions for Event Attendance
Issued by Sunninghill and Ascot Parish Council
1. Introduction
By registering for and/or attending this event (“Event”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all attendees, participants, speakers, sponsors, and contributors.
The Event is organised by Sunninghill and Ascot Parish Council.
2. Registration & Entry
All attendees must register using the official registration process (where applicable).
Entry may require a confirmation email or ID.
Sunninghill and Ascot Parish Council reserves the right to refuse admission for safety, capacity, or compliance reasons.
3. Free Admission
This is a free event.
Although no fees are charged, registration limits may apply due to capacity or safety requirements.
Spaces may be allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis unless otherwise stated.
4. Event Changes & Cancellation
Sunninghill and Ascot Parish Council may modify the Event schedule, venue, speakers, or format if necessary.
In the event of cancellation, attendees will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.
5. Conduct & Behaviour
Attendees must behave respectfully and responsibly at all times.
Abusive, disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the Event.
Attendees must follow all instructions from Sunninghill and Ascot Parish Council staff and comply with venue rules.
6. Health & Safety
All attendees must comply with relevant health, safety, and security protocols in place at the Event.
Sunninghill and Ascot Parish Council is not responsible for injuries resulting from unsafe conduct or failure to follow instructions.
7. Personal Belongings
Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings.
Sunninghill and Ascot Parish Council accepts no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
8. No Recording or Live Streaming
Attendees are strictly prohibited from recording, photographing, or live‑streaming any part of the Event.
This includes:
Video or audio recordings
Mobile phone filming
Photography of performers, presentations, or sensitive materials
Live broadcasting on social media
Any non‑professional or professional recording equipment
Sunninghill and Ascot Parish Council may require deletion of unauthorised recordings and may remove attendees who fail to comply.
9. Event Photography by Sunninghill and Ascot Parish Council
Sunninghill and Ascot Parish Council may take official photographs or film footage for documentation or promotional purposes.
Attendees who do not wish to appear in such media should notify the Council in advance or speak to staff on arrival.
10. Data Protection
Any personal information collected for registration or attendance purposes will be used only by Sunninghill and Ascot Parish Council for managing the Event and related communications.
All personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
11. Liability
Sunninghill and Ascot Parish Council is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from attendance at the Event.
Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Animals
No dogs or other animals are permitted in the performance area, except for legally recognised assistance dogs.
Attendees with assistance dogs should inform Sunninghill and Ascot Parish Council in advance so suitable arrangements can be made.
Anyone bringing a non‑permitted animal into the restricted area may be asked to leave.
13. No Glass Policy (Victory Field / Tom Greens Field)
No glass bottles, containers, jars, or any other glass items may be brought into Victory Field or the performance area on Tom Greens Field.
This is to ensure the safety of attendees, performers, and staff.
Any glass items found may be confiscated, and attendees may be asked to leave if they fail to comply.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the location where the Event is held.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This ticket was produced using the TryBooking UK Ltd website. All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
