Event: Logan Paul Murphy Live Performance

By purchasing or holding a ticket for this event, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Ticket Purchase
1.1 All tickets are sold subject to availability.
1.2 Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable except in the circumstances outlined in Section 12.
1.3 Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain without written permission from Lakeland Life CIC.
1.4 The organiser reserves the right to cancel any tickets that are resold or transferred in breach of these terms.
1.5 Only valid tickets purchased through authorised sales channels will be accepted.

2. Admission
2.1 A valid ticket must be presented upon entry (printed or digital).
2.2 Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged, duplicated, altered, or suspected to be fraudulent.
2.3 The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the event for behaviour deemed unsafe, disruptive, illegal, intoxicated, or inappropriate.
2.4 The event is strictly for attendees aged 16 years and over, unless otherwise stated.
2.5 Attendees must comply with all instructions from event staff, stewards, and security personnel at all times.

3. Event Environment
3.1 The event takes place outdoors under the cover of a marquee structure.
3.2 While the main performance area will be sheltered, attendees should dress appropriately for outdoor conditions and weather.
3.3 The event will proceed in most weather conditions unless it becomes unsafe to do so.
3.4 As the event takes place outdoors, ground conditions may be uneven, muddy, or slippery depending on weather conditions, and attendees should wear suitable footwear and take appropriate care.
3.5 Attendees attend the event at their own risk.

4. Artist Line-up
4.1 The advertised performer is Logan Paul Murphy.
4.2 While every effort will be made to ensure the advertised performance takes place, the organiser reserves the right to alter the programme, timings, or performers without prior notice due to circumstances beyond our control.
4.3 Changes to supporting acts, performance times, or programme elements do not constitute grounds for a refund.

5. Event Timing
5.1 Gates open and event timings will be published on official event materials.
5.2 The organiser reserves the right to amend event timings where necessary for operational or safety reasons.
5.3 Late arrivals may be required to wait until an appropriate break in the performance before entering.

6. Food & Drink
6.1 No alcohol, beverages, or food may be brought onto the event site.
6.2 Drinks and refreshments will be available to purchase from the licensed bar and authorised vendors onsite.
6.3 Alcohol may only be consumed if purchased from the event’s licensed bar.
6.4 The organiser reserves the right to refuse alcohol sales in accordance with licensing laws.

7. Facilities
7.1 Toilet facilities will be provided onsite for attendee use.
7.2 Attendees are expected to use facilities responsibly and respect the event site and surrounding area.

8. Prohibited Items
The following items are not permitted within the event site:
• Illegal substances
• Weapons or items that may be used as weapons
• Fireworks, flares, or explosives
• Glass bottles or containers
• Large umbrellas, gazebos, or structures
• Professional audio or video recording equipment without prior permission
• Any item deemed dangerous or inappropriate by event staff
Confiscated items will not be returned.

9. Security & Searches
9.1 For the safety of all attendees, security checks may be carried out upon entry or at any time within the event site.
9.2 This may include the search of bags, clothing, or personal belongings by authorised event staff or security personnel.
9.3 Any person refusing to comply with a reasonable search may be refused entry or removed from the event site without refund.
9.4 Prohibited items discovered during searches may be confiscated and disposed of.

10. Behaviour & Conduct
10.1 Attendees must behave in a respectful and responsible manner at all times.
10.2 The organiser reserves the right to remove any individual from the event without refund if they are deemed to be:
• Intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances
• Acting in a threatening, abusive, or anti-social manner
• Endangering the safety of themselves or others
• Damaging property or the event site
• Failing to comply with instructions from staff, stewards, or security personnel
10.3 Individuals removed from the event site may be reported to the relevant authorities where appropriate.

11. Photography & Media
11.1 The event may be photographed and filmed for promotional and marketing purposes.
11.2 By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed and the use of this material by Lakeland Life CIC without compensation.

12. Cancellations & Refunds
12.1 If the event is cancelled in full, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the face value of the ticket.
12.2 If the event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refunds may be offered at the organiser’s discretion.
12.3 If the event is interrupted or curtailed due to circumstances beyond the organiser’s control, including severe weather, safety concerns, or force majeure, refunds may not be issued.
12.4 Booking fees or third-party transaction fees may be non-refundable.

13. Weather
13.1 This is primarily an outdoor event, albeit with a marquee-covered performance area.
13.2 The event will proceed in most weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by organisers, safety officers, or relevant authorities.

14. Licensing & Alcohol
14.1 Alcohol is sold and consumed in accordance with UK licensing laws.
14.2 Event staff reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to anyone who appears intoxicated or unable to consume alcohol responsibly.
14.3 Challenge 25 may be in operation, and valid identification may be required for the purchase of alcohol.

15. Liability
15.1 Lakeland Life CIC accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
15.2 Attendees assume all risks associated with attending an outdoor live event.
15.3 The organiser’s liability is limited to the face value of the ticket purchased.

16. Force Majeure
Lakeland Life CIC shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations where such failure is caused by events beyond reasonable control including but not limited to:
• Severe weather
• Government restrictions
• Public safety incidents
• Transport disruption
• Utility failures
• Acts of God

17. Right to Amend
Lakeland Life CIC reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where necessary for operational, legal, licensing, or safety reasons.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6.
