Booking Procedure
Arrampica uses https://www.trybooking.com/uk/ for all open course bookings. Our events can be accessed via www.arrampica.com/upcoming and https://www.facebook.com/pg/arrampica/events/ . All bookings are payable at the time of booking to secure your place. Your event registration(s) is not confirmed until payment is received.

Payment
The invoice fee must be paid in full no later than the final working day prior to the start of the booked course or activity, provisional bookings are not accepted. Cheques can take up to 7 days to clear and bank transfers take up to 3 days, so we recommend paying by Credit/Debit Card to ensure that your registration(s) for the event(s) is guaranteed.
Arrampica Ltd reserves the right to re-allocate the course place or booked date to another person or organisation if fees are not paid on time or Arrampica suspect that a booked date may not be honoured.
Please note that these payment conditions override any credit terms held by existing account customers.

Late payments
Invoices over 30 days late that are paid between 30 & 59 days from original invoice date incur a 3% fee + costs of invoice production and dispatch + VAT, for
Invoices paid 60 & 89 days after original invoice date, these incur a 12% fee + costs of invoice production and dispatch + VAT.
Additionally, we will pass on any debt collection fees. Our dept collection system is activated beyond 90 days when any unpaid invoices are then handled by out dept collection agency.
Please pay on time to avoid any charges.

Cancelling Courses
All cancellations must be made at least 15 working days prior to the start of the course.
If the booking is cancelled within 15 working days prior to the start date of the course, or if a person or organisation fail to attend the course or honour a booked date, there will be no refund of fees and any remaining amounts owing on invoice for the booked date/s will be payable.

Transferring Courses
If a delegate wishes to transfer a booking, within 15 working days prior to the original course date, to a later date, provided this will not lead to the course falling below the minimum number required to run, there will be a surcharge of 25% of the course fee payable by the final working day before the start of the original course. Course bookings cannot be transferred more than once. If that transfer is subsequently cancelled the surcharge will remain payable.

Changing Delegate Details or a booked date
There will be no charge if a substitute person wishes to replace the original delegate. Please inform our office of any change to the original booking prior to the course commencing.
For a booked date, there will be no charge if this date is changed before 15 days before the first booked date, after this, a 25% surcharge or the full fee will be payable for the booked date/s and the new replacement date/s will be payable depending on numbers on the original booked course.

Course Content
Arrampica Ltd training courses are constantly updated and improved and we reserve the right to alter any of the courses’ content without prior notice.
Any training information is provided in English. Please contact us prior to course booking if you have any special requirements. Our training courses are based on UK regulations.
Cancellation of courses by Arrampica Ltd
Arrampica Ltd reserves the right to cancel a course at any time without liability. In these circumstances, delegates or organisations will be offered an alternative date, a credit note or a full refund.

Health & Safety
Arrampica Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry to training or assessment for any delegate or organisation where we believe their or other person’s health, well being or rights may be adversely affected.
Arrampica Ltd reserves the right to remove a delegate from any course if the delegate’s action puts him / her-self, or others, at risk.

Data Protection Act 2018
Personal data collected will be used for the purpose of delegate and course administration as required by Arrampica Ltd and may be disclosed to appropriate bodies/organisations associated with such course. Contact details supplied to Arrampica Ltd will not be passed on to any other third parties without prior agreement with the exception of ERCA and RSA organisation to register the candidates qualification.
The information may also be used for marketing purposes and you could be contacted by letter, fax, telephone or e-mail with details of future events and courses organised or promoted by Arrampica Ltd which may be of interest to you.
Arrampica Ltd proactively manages all marketing communications to enable delegates and organisations to opt out from further communication at any time.
Arrampica Ltd will not contact any delegate or organisation that have previously unsubscribed from email or newsletters.

Risks
Climbing, high ropes & other adventurous activities whether at height or not, are physically & mentally demanding , they have inherent hazards & risks associated with them & the only way to truly remove those risks & hazards is not to take part, Arrampica customers have this choice throughout any course/booed activity or function. Whilst Arrampica Ltd staff & contractors take all necessary precautions to try & ensure the safety of all participants, unfortunately accidents will occur in consequence of taking part. Each participant should familiarise themselves with the hazards & try & minimise these as much as possible by complying with Arrampica & its Contractors risk management guidelines & advice. Bumps, bruises, cuts, grazes, sprains & strains are very common & more serious injuries cannot be ruled out, this is reality & by booking with Arrampica, you are accepting this fact and this disclaimer Risks statement. You are also agreeing that all those attending courses will act in the best interests of safety towards other participants, this means always conducting a pre-commitment check on activity partners & confirming with the Arrampica supervisor before anyone leaves ground or any secure point (e.g. platform to zip wire or before climbing), there are no exceptions to this rule, all are involved with checking no matter of age or position on the course / activity.
The management of Arrampica accept no responsibility whatsoever for any loss or injury resulting from any persons’ involvement in adventurous activity, understand you are expecting adventure & as such, this carries risks that cannot be removed. Furthermore, it is understood & agreed that individuals participate at their own risk.
Advice
Any advice offered by Arrampica is done so without prejudice, clients purchasing technical advice for operating procedures, inspections, training or assessments are free to accept or decline advice offered. Arrampica do not run our clients facilities and therefore it is for each client to decide how they wish to act on advice given.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This ticket was produced using the TryBooking UK Ltd website. All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
