Terms and Conditions
By signing up you are agreeing that your child can be filmed and photographed in rehearsals and in the concert. You are also agreeing to received communications from WLP & Mr Manwaring in relation to this event/performance.
Refunds will not be possible, so please ensure that your child can commit to the rehearsal process.
Rehearsals take place at The Windsor Boys' School unless an alternative arrangement is made with a school. The concert takes place on Saturday 27th June and the choir will be required at 15:30.
Any adults wanting to watch the performance will need to purchase a ticket for the event - www.longwalklive.co.uk
Students are expected to behave in rehearsals, show respect to staff and adults.
Our staff team are working hard and so we ask that they are treated with respect and understanding throughout this project.
Failure to attend rehearsals may result in the student being removed from the choir and a refund will not be possible.
