Scot Sports & Social Club – Event Parking Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a parking ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Parking Ticket
A valid parking booking is required for each vehicle entering the event car park.

2. Parking Spaces
A parking ticket entitles you to park within the designated event parking area but does not guarantee a specific parking space. Parking is subject to the capacity and operational requirements of the site. Event staff reserve the right to direct vehicles to the most appropriate available space.

3. No Refunds
All parking bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled by Scot Sports & Social Club.

4. Monitored Car Park
The car park is covered by CCTV and monitored by security personnel and parking marshals during the event. Whilst reasonable measures are taken to provide a safe and secure environment, vehicles and their contents remain the responsibility of the owner.

5. Parking at Owner’s Risk
Although security measures are in place, Scot Sports & Social Club accepts no liability for any loss, theft, damage or accidents involving vehicles or their contents whilst parked on site.

6. Car Park Opening Hours
The event car park will close at 1:00am and reopen at 9:00am the following morning. Vehicles will not normally be accessible during this period unless authorised by event management in exceptional circumstances.

7. Shuttle Service
The shuttle service operates approximately every 30 minutes and is scheduled to run until 12:00am (midnight).

Whilst every effort will be made to operate the advertised service, Scot Sports & Social Club reserves the right to amend, delay, suspend or end the shuttle service earlier than advertised without prior notice where necessary due to operational requirements, traffic conditions, safety concerns, severe weather, low passenger numbers or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. No refunds or compensation will be offered in these circumstances.

Passengers must follow all instructions given by shuttle drivers, security personnel and event staff. The organisers reserve the right to refuse travel to anyone whose behaviour is considered unsafe, abusive or likely to cause disruption.

8. Follow Staff Instructions
All drivers and passengers must follow the instructions of parking marshals, security staff and event officials at all times.

9. Speed Limit
A maximum speed limit of 5 mph applies throughout the car park. Please drive carefully and give priority to pedestrians.

10. Park Responsibly
Vehicles must only be parked in designated spaces. Please do not block emergency access routes, gates or other vehicles.

11. Secure Your Vehicle
Drivers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is locked and that valuables are removed or kept out of sight.

12. Behaviour
Any dangerous driving, anti-social behaviour, abusive behaviour towards staff, or failure to comply with these terms may result in refusal of entry or removal from the site without refund.

13. Organiser’s Rights
Scot Sports & Social Club reserves the right to refuse entry, relocate vehicles where necessary for safety or operational reasons, or close the car park or shuttle service if required due to unforeseen circumstances.

14. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a parking space and entering the car park, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
