Cancellation. If the event must be cancelled at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances, East Midlands Forest Education Network and the provider may offer alternative dates. Should the alternative dates not be practicable, then we will offer a full refund.
Refunds. Bookings may be cancelled with a full refund up to 14 days before the event. (up to 27th March) After that date, full refunds will only be made if a replacement booking can be found.
Children are welcome to attend with you, but please note that all children must remain under the full supervision and responsibility of their parent or guardian at all times. The hosts take no responsibility for them.
