TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TICKET SALES
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
1. Refund Policy: Tickets are non-refundable, except in the case of cancelled or
rescheduled events. However, in cases of injury, sickness, or unforeseen circumstances,
the organisation may offer a discretionary partial refund if notified via
live@thebluecoat.org.uk at least 5 days prior to the event.
2. Event Cancellation: In the event of cancellation, the organisation will provide a refund
excluding any processing fees. Refunds will be automatically credited back to the original
source of payment within an estimated 5-10 working days.
3. Rescheduled Events: Ticket holders will be prioritised and invited to attend the
rescheduled date. In the case that the ticket holder is unable to attend the new event
date, the organisation will provide a refund excluding processing fees.
4. Weather Conditions: Some events may be weather dependent and so updates regarding
weather-related changes will be communicated through official channels such as
TryBooking. Please contact live@thebluecoat.org.uk if you can no longer attend an
event due to adverse weather conditions.
5. Public Transport: Please contact the organisation if you can no longer attend an event
due to an unexpected disruption to Liverpool City Regions public transport network.
6. Accessibility: Bluecoat is an accessible space. Please contact live@thebluecoat.org.uk in
advance for specific accommodations.
7. Valid ID: Attendees must present a valid ID matching the ticket holder’s name upon
entry.
8. Age Restrictions: Some events may have age restrictions. Please ensure compliance with
these restrictions before purchasing tickets.
9. Code of Conduct: Attendees must adhere to a code of conduct, promoting a safe and
respectful environment. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without
refund.
10. Photography: Photography and/or recording may be restricted during performances.
Please check event-specific rules for guidance.
11. Marketing and Promotions: Attendees may be photographed or recorded for
promotional purposes. Please contact live@thebluecoat.org.uk if you have concerns
about your image being used.
12. Compliance with Laws: Attendees must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
during the event.
13. Banking: Refunds are usually processed and received within 5-10 working days but
please note, some refunds can take up to 28 days. If your card has expired or you’ve
changed banks since booking the event, please contact your card issuer.
14. Liability: The organisation is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss
incurred during the event.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. The
organisation also reserves the right to amend or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time
without notice.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
