Terms and Conditions  −  MindSpark Coach Training: Exec Functions- Autumn 26 Daytime

MindSpark Coach Training Terms & Conditions:

1. Tickets are non-transferable unless agreed in advance with MindSpark CIC.

2. If you are unable to attend the course you have booked, you may, by prior arrangement:
- transfer your place to a future training date; or
- transfer your place to another person within your organisation.

3. If you are unable to attend and are not able to transfer your place, the following refunds will apply:
- Up to 12 weeks before the course: 75% refund
- Between 12 and 8 weeks before the course: 50% refund
- Between 8 and 2 weeks before the course: 25% refund
- Less than 2 weeks before the course: no refund

4. If MindSpark CIC cancels the course due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered either:
- a full refund; or
- transfer to a future course date.

5. This training course is accredited by the Association for Coaching (AC). AC Coach Training Accreditation recognises that the programme meets the AC standard for comprehensive coach training, including the application of coaching competencies, ethical guidelines, and practical experience. Completion of the course can support progression towards individual Association for Coaching accreditation; however, additional coaching hours, supervision, reflective practice, membership, application requirements, and associated fees set by the Association for Coaching will also apply.

6. This programme is informed by the MindSpark Guiding Principles, which incorporate the Association for Coaching professional competencies and ethical framework. Participants are encouraged to familiarise themselves with these documents prior to the course. Here is a link to MindSpark Executive Function Coach Guiding Principles.

7. Participants are expected to attend all live sessions wherever possible in order to gain the maximum benefit from the programme. Missing significant portions of the course may affect eligibility for certification or accreditation requirements.

8. Certificates of successful completion and accreditation-related documentation are subject to participants completing the required course components, including attendance, coaching practice, reflective activities, and submission of any required documentation.

9. Participants are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding personal information shared during coaching practice, reflective discussions, and group activities.

10. Some sessions may be recorded for educational, quality assurance, or evaluation purposes. Participants will be informed in advance where recording takes place.

11. Course materials are provided for participants’ personal and professional use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or delivered commercially without prior written permission from MindSpark CIC.

12. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have suitable internet access, equipment, and technology to participate in online sessions.

13. MindSpark CIC welcomes discussions regarding accessibility requirements or reasonable adjustments to support participation in the course.

14. MindSpark CIC reserves the right to remove participants whose behaviour is disruptive, discriminatory, or inappropriate, without refund.

15. Any personal data collected through the booking process will be handled in accordance with MindSpark CIC’s Privacy Notice.

16. MindSpark CIC may use personal data, including name and email address, to send relevant updates, training information, and marketing communications where there is a legitimate interest to do so in accordance with UK GDPR.

17. Participants can opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in emails or by contacting team@mindspark.org.uk

19. MindSpark CIC shall not be liable for delays or cancellation caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
