1. Ticketing & Entry
• Tickets for this event are provided free of charge.
• Entry is subject to venue capacity and event staff directions.
• The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive or unsafe.
2. Changes to the Event
• The organiser may make changes to the programme, speakers, schedule, or venue if necessary.
• In the unlikely event of cancellation, the organiser is not responsible for any costs incurred by attendees.
3. Photography, Filming & Media Use
• Photography and video recording will take place during the event.
• Whilst the main focus is on speaker/s you may appear on camera or on audio recording. By attending, you consent to being filmed or photographed
• If you prefer not to be recorded, please inform a member of staff on arrival so accommodations can be made where possible.
4. Personal Belongings
• Attendees are responsible for their own belongings at all times.
• The organiser accepts no liability for loss, damage, or theft of personal items.
5. Accessibility & Support
• The organiser aims to make the event accessible to all. If you have additional needs, please ensure to contact the organiser in advance so arrangements can be made.
6. Health & Safety
• Attendees must follow all venue safety rules and instructions from event staff.
• Anyone whose behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others may be asked to leave.
7. Data Protection
• Any personal information collected during registration will be handled in accordance with data protection laws and used only for event administration or updates related to the event.
8. Acceptance of Terms

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
