1. Booking & Agreement
1.1 These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you (“Guest”) and Bloom with Berry (“we”, “us”, “our”) when you book any retreat, workshop, day retreat, sauna experience, bodywork session or accommodation (“Experience”).
1.2 A booking is confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued. Please check this carefully and notify us within 48 hours if anything is incorrect.

2. Who Can Book
2.1 All bookings are for guests aged 18 years or over, unless otherwise stated.
2.2 By booking, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Payments
3.1 Payment is usually required in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated on the booking page or agreed in advance.
3.2 For certain retreats or bespoke bookings, a deposit option may be offered. Where this applies, details will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
3.3 If a balance payment is required, the due date will be stated in your booking confirmation. Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation of your place without refund.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling by You
4.1 Weekend / Residential Retreats
• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the start date will receive a refund minus a non-refundable deposit of £150, unless a replacement guest can be found.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the start date are non-refundable, unless a replacement guest can be found.
4.2 Day Retreats, Workshops, Sauna Sessions & Treatments
Cancellation terms will be clearly stated at the time of booking and may vary by Experience.
4.3 Where possible, we may offer a transfer to a future date, subject to availability and discretion. This is not guaranteed.
4.4 We strongly recommend appropriate travel and cancellation insurance, particularly for residential retreats.

5. Cancellation by Us
5.1 In rare circumstances (such as illness, extreme weather or events beyond our control), we may need to cancel or reschedule.
5.2 If this happens, you will be offered either:
• a full refund, or
• the option to transfer your booking to a future date.
5.3 We cannot be held responsible for additional costs incurred (including travel, accommodation elsewhere or loss of earnings). Travel insurance is recommended as in 4.4

6. Accommodation & Glamping Site
6.1 Residential retreats take place at a shared rural glamping site. Full accommodation details, arrival and departure times will be provided before your stay.
6.2 Guests are expected to treat the accommodation, yurt, sauna, shared facilities and surrounding land with care and respect.
6.3 Any damage caused by a guest may be charged accordingly.
6.4 As this is a working rural environment, guests should be aware of uneven ground, wildlife, changing weather conditions and limited lighting.

7. Health, Wellbeing & Personal Responsibility
7.1 By booking, you confirm that you are physically and mentally able to participate in the Experience you have chosen.
7.2 You must inform us before arrival of any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, recent surgery, mental health considerations or anything else that may affect your participation.
7.3 Participation in all activities is optional. You are always encouraged to listen to your body, modify practices and rest when needed.

8. Guest Behaviour
8.1 We aim to create spaces that feel safe, welcoming and respectful.
8.2 Disruptive, unsafe or disrespectful behaviour may result in a guest being asked to leave without refund.

9. Liability
9.1 While we take care to create safe and nurturing experiences, participation is at your own risk to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9.2 We are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where this cannot be legally excluded.

10. Weather, Nature & Force Majeure
10.1 Many Experiences take place outdoors or in nature-based settings. Weather and environmental conditions may require changes to the schedule.
10.2 We reserve the right to modify or adapt activities to ensure safety and wellbeing.

11. Privacy
11.1 Personal information is collected solely for booking, communication and delivery of Experiences and is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law
12.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the English courts.

1. About Ayurvedic Yoga Massage
Ayurvedic Yoga Massage is a deeply therapeutic full-body treatment using warm oils, assisted stretches and rhythmic pressure. It supports relaxation, mobility and overall wellbeing.
This treatment is not a substitute for medical care.

2. Health & Wellbeing Considerations
Before your session, you will complete a short health questionnaire and discuss relevant medical history. Please inform me if you have or are experiencing:
• Recent injuries, fractures or surgery
• Pregnancy or trying to conceive
• High or low blood pressure
• Heart conditions
• Epilepsy
• Osteoporosis
• Skin conditions, allergies or sensitivities
• Varicose veins
• Infection, inflammation or fever
• Any physical or mental health concerns
Some conditions may require the session to be adapted, postponed or declined. I reserve the right to stop or refuse treatment if it is not safe or appropriate.

3. During Your Session
• You are always in control
• Pressure and pace can be adjusted at any time
• You may stop the session at any point
• Appropriate draping is used throughout
• Professional boundaries are always maintained
Any inappropriate behaviour will result in the session ending immediately, with the full fee still payable.

4. Aftercare
You may experience tiredness, emotional release, light soreness or thirst — all normal responses.
I recommend hydration, rest and gentle movement.

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid for the stated period

Sauna & Sauna Rituals – Terms & Conditions
Bloom with Berry
1. Safety & Personal Responsibility
Sauna bathing and hot/cold therapy are powerful practices. Participation is voluntary and at your own responsibility. Sauna use is not a medical treatment.

2. Wood-Fired Sauna Safety
• Do not touch the stove, stones, flue or fire guards
• Only pour water onto stones when instructed
• Never add logs or adjust vents
The sauna host operates the stove at all times.

3. Health Considerations
Medical advice must be sought before sauna use if you are pregnant or have cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, asthma, blood pressure issues, prone to dizziness or fainting or are taking medication.
Please DO NOT use the sauna without seeking medical advice first if you suffer from any of the above.

4. Allergies & Sensitivities
Sauna rituals may include essential oils, herbs or plants. Please inform us of allergies in advance. Guests may not bring their own oils into the sauna.

5. Hot & Cold Therapy
Cold exposure in the cold lunge tubs is optional and undertaken at your own risk. Enter slowly and exit immediately if unwell.

6. Sauna Etiquette
• Sit on a towel at all times
• Max 15 minutes per round (unless being guided by Sauna Master)
• Stay hydrated
• Remove jewellery and eyewear
• Wear flip flops or similar between the sauna and cold plunge tubs to keep feet clean. Wash feet before entering sauna if needed.
Alcohol and nudity are not permitted.

7. Age Restrictions
Sauna sessions are for adults aged 17+ only.

8. Facilities
Parking, changing space, hot drinks, water and showers are available (on request). Please bring towels (one to sit on, one to dry with), swimwear, dry clothes and suitable footwear for walking across the grass from the car park and in-between the sauna and cold plunge tubs.

9. Cancellations
• 48+ hours’ notice: refund or reschedule
• Less than 48 hours: non-refundable unless filled
• If we cancel: refund or reschedule offered

10. Group Bookings
The booking lead is responsible for ensuring all participants understand and follow these terms.

11. Right to Refuse or End a Session
Bloom with Berry reserves the right to refuse entry or end a session where safety or conduct is a concern. Refunds will not be offered.

Yoga Sessions – Terms & Conditions

(1:1 & Group Classes)
These Terms & Conditions apply to all yoga sessions offered by Bloom with Berry, including 1:1 private sessions and group classes.

1. Health & Medical Considerations
• By booking a yoga session, you confirm that you are physically and mentally well enough to take part in gentle to moderate movement-based activity.
• Please inform me before the session of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, postnatal status, or anything else that may affect your practice.
• Yoga is not a replacement for medical treatment, diagnosis or therapy. If you have any concerns, please consult a medical professional before attending.
• You acknowledge that participation is at your own risk and that you are responsible for listening to your body throughout the session.

2. Personal Responsibility & Consent
• You agree to take full responsibility for your own wellbeing during the session.
• You understand that yoga involves physical movement and there is a risk of injury if practised incorrectly or beyond your personal limits.
• You agree to follow guidance given during the session and to modify, rest or stop if anything feels uncomfortable or unsafe.
• Bloom with Berry cannot be held responsible for injury, loss or damage resulting from failure to disclose relevant health information or from practising beyond your capacity.

3. 1:1 Yoga Sessions
• 1:1 sessions are tailored to your needs, intentions and experience level.
• While personalised guidance is offered, you remain responsible for how you engage with the practice.
• Please arrive on time to make the most of your session.

4. Group Yoga Sessions
• Group classes are open to mixed abilities unless otherwise stated.
• Modifications will be offered, but it is your responsibility to choose what feels right for your body.
• To protect the shared atmosphere of the group, late arrivals may not be admitted once the session has started.

5. Bookings & Payment
• All yoga sessions must be booked in advance.
• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
• Spaces in group classes are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

6. Cancellation Policy
• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, or non-attendance, will be charged in full.
• Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If Bloom with Berry needs to cancel a session for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.

7. Late Arrival & Non-Attendance
• Please arrive a few minutes early to settle into the space.
• Missed sessions or late arrivals are non-refundable.

8. Behaviour & Respect for the Space
• All sessions are held in a calm, respectful environment.
• Disruptive, unsafe or disrespectful behaviour may result in removal from the session without refund.
• Phones should be switched off or on silent during classes.
