Booking & Payment: Full payment is required to secure your place.

Cancellations: Refunds are available
Up to 10 days before the event. After this, refunds will be given if the event is cancelled by the organiser or customers have an unavoidable exceptional circumstance.

Attendance: Please attend respectfully. Participation is at your own responsibility & risk.

Health & Safety: Please wear appropriate & sturdy footwear such as wellies or walking boots. Warm clothing and layers are necessary in winter.
Sunscreen, insect repellent, hat and long sleeves are advised in summer months.

Wellbeing: This event is spiritual in nature and is not a substitute for medical or professional advice.
