Terms and Conditions
x1 ticket per child 18 months +
1 free adult with every child ticket, additional adults £3 cash on the day or select a different ticket at the time of booking for any additional attendees.
This ticket is non transferable to other events but the name may be change on the ticket. Cancellation is 7 days prior to the event for a full refund.

Please allow other guests from the previous session to leave before entry.

Please ensure you and your child/ children wash their hands Before and at the End of the session. Please DO NOT use hand gel before as this can be harmful to the animals.
Please can I remind you NO FOOD is to be consumed during the session for hygiene reasons.
If your child needs to get up and move about this is not a problem, please feel free to exit when they need too and join back in when they are more settled.

Event Terms and Conditions

• The Organiser may remove individuals who do not adhere to these rules.

5. Health and Safety
• Attendees must follow all safety instructions provided by the Organiser and venue staff.
• In case of emergency, attendees must follow evacuation procedures as instructed.
• The Organiser is not liable for any injuries or accidents occurring at the Event.

6. Personal Property
• Attendees are responsible for their own belongings. The Organiser accepts no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

7. Media Release
• By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed or recorded. These images and recordings may be used for promotional purposes without compensation.

8. Cancellations and Changes
• The Organiser reserves the right to reschedule, cancel, or modify the Event at its discretion.
• In case of cancellation, ticket holders may be offered refunds or alternative arrangements as appropriate.

9. Liability
• The Organiser is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by attendees, except as required by law.

10. Governing Law
