Terms and Conditions:

All stall tables will provided by the School. Your own racks/rails may be accommodated by prior arrangement only and are subject to an additional charge.

Electricity can only be supplied to stallholders requesting Wall positions (which requires an extra £10 per table)

Tables will be allocated according to your booking form.

All stallholders must possess £5m Public, Product and Employers Liability Insurance. Please be prepared to provide details of this in advance and/or on the day.

All stallholders are asked to kindly donate a prize for our fundraising Raffle.

Please note we have a no real fur and no nut policy.

It is a requirement under Trading Standard Legislation to ensure your trading name is visible to all visitors.

If selling food products, you must possess a valid Food hygiene certificate and evidence of your registration as a food business with your Local Authority. You must comply with the requirements for the food hygiene regulations and Food Safety Act.

Allergen information must be clearly displayed or available upon request. Please note we have a No Nut Policy.

Outside Stalls: Stallholders are asked to supply their own tables and suitable covering ie pop up gazebo. All stall equipment including tents, covers etc must be secure and weighted. Please note there will be no electricity unless agreed in advance.
Please be aware you are agreeing to an outside pitch and no refunds will be given due to reduced hours caused by adverse weather conditions.


Cancellation Policy: You have the right to a full refund if requested within 14 days of making payment. After this period, we will endeavour to reimburse you if a suitable replacement can be found but this cannot be guaranteed. Cancellation within 28 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.

In the event that we have to cancel the Fair, you will be entitled to a full refund.

Friends of Reed’s School will store and use your personal data to enable us to administer the Reed’s School Christmas Fair. We will never pass on your details to a third party without your permission.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
