Conditions of Participation

You must ensure all participants that you are booking for are made aware of this information. If any of the following applies, please speak to a member of staff.
Ages 5 +
Sledge, safety equipment and instruction provided (Skate style helmet) always to be worn whilst riding.
Sturdy secure footwear such as trainers/walking boots must be worn, no wellingtons, sandals, crocs or flip-flops etc
Clothes that you can move easily in and don't mind getting dirty. long sleeved pants and tops recommended. No skirts, dresses, robes etc.
Clothing pockets must be empty, and shoes tightly secured.
Long hair must be tied back at the nape. Top knots or large hair decorations will not fit under helmets.
Restrictions
You will be prevented from participating if:
You are known to be suffering serious health issues including but not limited to, heart, neck, arm, back or shoulder problems.
You are pregnant
You are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
You must ensure dependents can be handed over to the care of a capable party member when you are participating in activities. There is a spectator area for this activity.
Pets are welcome on site provided they are always properly secure and on leads, are ok with occasional loud noises, and can be handed over to the care of a capable party member when you are participating in activities. It is not safe for pets to accompany you on this activity. You must ensure we are aware on booking if you wish to bring pets so we can advise you of any issues that may need addressing.
You may not be able take part in activities if the following applies to you or any one in your party as this could be unsafe.
Please Note, parts of the site are of natural ground and uneven under foot. If you have any mobility concerns, please let us know.
Greenlands Adventures will not tolerate any abuse physical or verbal, or any other act which can cause harm to any members of staff or other activity centre users, guests or other.

Exclusion of liability
Greenlands Adventures shall not be liable for any death or personal injury of the client, recipient or third party unless it was due to the negligence of Greenlands Adventures. Greenlands Adventures shall not be liable for damage to property, consequential losses or expenses suffered, which includes but not limited to the loss of anticipated earnings, profits, goodwill, reputation, business, receipts or contacts, losses or expenses resulting from 3rd party claims. Greenlands Adventures is not liable for damages to vehicles on site. Greenlands Adventures is not liable to slips trips and falls on and around the site, by the very nature of our Outdoor activities held on our site the ground is uneven, rocky and parts of the site are kept in its natural state to preserve the natural wildlife in the area. You and any accompanying party enter the site at your own risk only and are advised before and after booking the correct footwear and clothing to minimize accident or injury.

Responsibilities for equipment provided
All Participants are responsible for the proper care and handling of Equipment and gear that they are supplied with for use on the event day. Any misuse, damage or loss of this equipment will result in charges for repair or complete replacement at the desecration of Greenlands Adventures.

Late Arrivals
If clients arrive later than 15 minutes before the designated Start Time as stated in the Booking form, Greenlands Adventures reserves the right to adjust the session time allocated to incorporate the original finish time.

Medical Details
If you have any medical issue that you are concerned about, they must be discussed with the instructors and disclosed on our disclaimer forms.

Social Media
we make take photos for our social media pages. if you do not wish for your photo to be taken please let the instructors know.

By securing your Booking with us you also agree to the Terms and conditions stated above and below in their entirety.
Cancellations
Bookings will only be taken on receipt of a 100% payment unless agreed otherwise.


In the event of a client cancelling or altering the original number of the booking Greenlands Adventures retains the right to recover the cancellation charges: -
More than 7 days prior to the event …. Loss of 50% only
Less than 7 days prior to the event ……. 100% of total fee payable
If we must cancel the Event due to bad weather or any other unavoidable circumstances the booking will be rescheduled to a mutually agreed alternative date within three months after the original date booked for the Event. Should you choose not to accept the rescheduled date no refund or other compensation will be offered by us and we will be deemed to have fulfilled our agreement. A decision made by any person not to take part in the Activity in any circumstances (including, but not limited to, bad weather) will be deemed to be a cancellation.
Unforeseen circumstances may delay the start of the Event. In all cases we will endeavour to minimise inconvenience and will offer you a later start time. Should you choose not to accept a later start time offered to you no refund or other compensation will be offered by us.

Insurance
We have public Liability Insurance NOT personal accident cover.
Our Activities can be dangerous.
Whilst the Activities are as safe as they can be given their inherent physical dangers, it must be understood that all safety instructions, directions, warnings and all other instructions must be always followed. You are advised not to attempt to go beyond your capabilities or engage in risky or daring behaviour.
All the Activities involve an element of risk so you take part in the Event with the full understanding of this and accept responsibility for your own safety and the risks involved in taking part together with that of any minors for whom you have responsibility. In the case of more than one person taking part under a booking all individuals in the group will be deemed to have acknowledged the possible risks involved and agreed to take part on this basis.
Management reserve the right to STOP any person participating in activities/event if they are unruly, deemed not capable, do not follow rules set out by Instructors or are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.

We Greenlands Adventures take complete care to ensure safety of equipment, site maintenance and adequate safety briefing, you are responsible for your own safety and the safety of others around you. It is also your responsibility to read and understand the terms and conditions set out before you. it is your responsibility to adhere to all rules and regulation while you are on site set out in the terms and instructors. Any misuse of substance, alcohol or unsociable behaviour to other patrons, your team or instructors will result in being escorted off site.

Mountain Boarding Terms and Conditions

Mountain Boarding can be a physically challenging activity as such participants should have a good general level of fitness.
Age 8 +
Board and Safety equipment provided (Skate style helmet, knee/elbow pads and wrist guards) always to be worn whilst riding.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4.
