By taking part in this RollerRox roller skating event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Participate at Your Own Risk
Roller skating is a fun and active sport, but like all physical activities it carries some risk of injury. By skating or taking part in this event, you understand and accept that you are doing so entirely at your own risk.
2. Responsibility
You are responsible for your own safety and for skating within your ability. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising any children in their care.
3. Safety Equipment
Protective gear such as helmets, knee pads, wrist guards and elbow pads are recommended for all skaters. You accept that choosing not to wear protective gear increases your risk of injury.
4. Health and Fitness
By taking part, you conirm that you (or your child) are in suitable health to participate in physical activity and that you have no medical condition which could make skating unsafe.
5. Liability
RollerRox, its volunteers, staff, and venue partners are not liable for any injury, loss or damage to persons or property that may occur as a result of participation, except where required by law.
6. Photos and Videos
From time to time, we may take photos or videos for promotional purposes. Please speak to a team member if you prefer not to be included.
By entering the skating area or taking part in this event, you are confirming that you have read and understood this waiver and accept all risks associated with roller skating.
7.If you are taking any photos or videos please make sure they are only of your own group and make sure you do not have any pictures containing RGS branding.
8.Refunds
Once customers make a booking there will be no refund unless the event is cancelled
