1. 報名及退款政策
所有門票一經售出，恕不設退款。如參加者因私人理由未能出席，可於活動開始前最少 24 小時通知主辦方，並將名額免費轉讓予親友。
若因主辦方突發原因（如導賞員生病）導致活動取消，參加者將獲全額退款，或可選擇更改至其他日期。
2. 天氣安排
倫敦天氣多變，一般下雨情況下導賞團將如常進行，請參加者自備雨具。
唯遇上極端惡劣天氣（如英國氣象局發出黃色/琥珀色/紅色天氣警告而影響戶外安全），主辦方保留取消或延期活動之權利，並會盡早以電郵通知參加者。
3. 準時及缺席
為免影響整體行程及其他參加者體驗，導賞團將準時出發。建議參加者提早 5-10 分鐘到達集合地點。
遲到者或缺席者將不獲退款。如因遲到而未能匯合團隊，主辦方將不負責任何損失。
4. 健康、安全與免責聲明
本活動為約 90 分鐘之戶外步行導賞（路程約 2-2.5 公里），請穿著合適的步行鞋。參加者須對自身的健康狀況及人身安全負責。
行程途中請小心看管個人財物及注意道路交通安全。如在活動期間發生任何意外、受傷或財物遺失，主辦方恕不承擔法律責任。
5. 拍攝及社交媒體宣傳
主辦方可能會在活動期間拍攝照片或短片，並用於「港識多史」及相關社交媒體之宣傳用途。如參加者不希望上鏡，請於活動開始前主動向導賞員提出，我們將尊重您的私隱。
6. 行程變更
主辦方保留因突發封路、交通或其他不可抗力因素，而微調導賞路線或停靠點的權利。
1. Booking and Cancellation Policy
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend or family member, provided you notify the organizer at least 24 hours prior to the event.
In the unlikely event of cancellation by the organizer (e.g., due to illness), participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
2. Weather Conditions
London weather can be unpredictable. Tours will proceed as scheduled in typical rainy conditions. Participants are advised to bring appropriate rain gear.
However, in the event of extreme and unsafe weather conditions (e.g., Met Office severe weather warnings), the organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour. Participants will be notified via email as early as possible.
3. Punctuality and No-shows
To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, the tour will start promptly. Participants are advised to arrive 5-10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
No refunds will be issued for latecomers or no-shows. The organizer cannot be held responsible if latecomers are unable to join the group once the tour has commenced.
4. Health, Safety and Liability
This is an outdoor walking tour lasting approximately 90 minutes (covering 2-2.5 km). Please wear comfortable walking shoes. Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the tour.
Please take care of your personal belongings and be mindful of road traffic. The organizer accepts no liability for any personal injury, accident, or loss/damage to personal property during the event.
5. Photography and Media
The organizer may take photos or videos during the tour for promotional purposes on WeToastHK, and related social media channels. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the guide before the tour begins, and your privacy will be fully respected.
6. Itinerary Changes
The organizer reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the tour route or stops due to unforeseen road closures, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control.
