Terms and Conditions for Junior Tennis Coaching 2025
1. Places must be booked in half-term blocks through TryBooking

2. Burton on the Wolds Playing Field Association (PFA) agrees to handle all administration in relation to your booking including payment of the coach’s fee.
3. Tennis racquets, balls and other equipment will be supplied by the PFA, though children are welcome to bring their own tennis racquets.
4. Tennis shoes or trainers must be worn on the courts by participating children.
5. Parents are requested to remain outside the tennis courts during a coaching session
6. If the half-term block or a single session must be cancelled at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances, the PFA and coach may offer alternative dates. Should the alternative dates
not be practicable, then we will offer a refund, pro rata, for the cancelled session/ sessions.
7. Under the Consumer Rights Act you have 14 days ‘cooling off’ period from the day of your booking to the first date of coaching, in which you may cancel and receive a full refund.
8. If you cancel giving less than two weeks’ notice, there is no refund unless a replacement booking can be found.
9. If you wish to transfer the booking to another child, there is no fee, but you must email burtonpfa@gmail.com or phone 07887 996293 with this information before the start of the half -term block or an individual session.
10. Each session block will have its own WhatsApp group, set up by the coach to facilitate communication. You will be invited to join this at the first session.
11. It is not necessary for you to be a subscriber to the tennis courts to book junior coaching. however all people booking junior coaching will be given a 15% discount code off an annual
household subscription to play tennis in Burton on the Wolds. This code will be in the receipt email and can be used from 28th March 2026.
