Terms and Conditions
Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation of the festival. If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered a refund or transfer in accordance with the organiser’s policy.

Remain In Light Festival will take place on Saturday 11 July 2026 at Farthingloe Barn, Great Farthingloe Farm, Folkestone Road, Dover, CT15 7AA.

Line-up and performance times are subject to change without notice. No refunds will be issued for artist cancellations or changes to the advertised programme.

This is an outdoor event and will go ahead in most weather conditions. Please dress appropriately.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, illegal, or disruptive to the event or other attendees.

No illegal substances are permitted on site. Anyone found in possession may be refused entry or removed and reported to the authorities.

Only food and drink purchased from authorised vendors may be consumed on site unless otherwise stated.

Professional photography and filming may take place during the event. By purchasing a ticket you consent to the use of images and footage for promotional purposes.

Vehicles and property are left at the owner’s risk. The organisers accept no responsibility for loss, damage, or theft.

Camping (if booked) is limited to ticket holders and must be used responsibly. Open fires are not permitted.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
