1. Ticketing Purchase and Entry

All tickets must be purchased in advance and are non-refundable and non-transferable without prior approval.
Guests must be aged 18 or over.

2. Event Schedule & Changes

The organiser reserves the right to amend the event schedule, entertainment, or catering without prior notice.
In the unlikely event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued to ticket holders.

3. Dress Code

Formal evening attire is required (e.g., black tie, cocktail dresses, gowns).
The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to guests not adhering to the dress code.

4. Behaviour & Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, performers, and other attendees.
Any disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.

5. Catering

Dietary requirements must be communicated at least 14 days before the event.

6. Liability

The organiser accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Attendance is at the guest’s own risk; the organiser is not liable for injury unless caused by negligence.

7. Photography & Media

The event may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. By attending, guests consent to the use of their image unless they notify the organiser in writing beforehand.

8. Force Majeure

The organiser is not liable for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g., extreme weather, public health emergencies, government restrictions).

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
