Doula Dates – Terms and Conditions, Prize Draw and Privacy Notice
Doula Dates – Course details, cancellations and refunds
1. Colchester Doula Cuddle’s Doula Dates is a four-session course. Tickets purchased are for the full course and are not sold on a per-session basis.
2. Each ticket sold is for the pregnant person plus their birth partner. Ticket can also be used just by the pregnant person.
3. Tickets are non-refundable once the course has started.
4. If you are unable to attend one or more sessions, refunds cannot be offered for missed sessions.
5. If you need to cancel your place before the course begins, the following applies:
o Cancellations made 14 days or more before the course start date will receive a full refund, minus any booking fees charged by the ticket provider.
o Cancellations made less than 14 days before the course start date are non-refundable, as costs and facilitators will already have been confirmed.
6. In exceptional circumstances (such as premature birth, medical complications, or hospital admission), please contact us as soon as possible. We will always aim to be compassionate and reasonable and may be able to offer a refund at our discretion.
7. Colchester Doula Cuddle reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course if necessary. In this unlikely event, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future course.

Prize draw from the Colchester Doula Cuddle: Terms and Conditions
By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
The prize draw is being run by the Colchester Doula Cuddle (CDC).
Eligibility to enter
7. The prize draw is open to expectant parents over 18 years of age and attending one of the CDC’s Doula Dates.
8. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
9. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
10. The prize draw is free to enter.
How to enter
11. The prize draw will include those who attend the CDC’s Doula Dates course.
12. CDC will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
13. CDC’s use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
14. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
15. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
16. The decision of CDC regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winner announcement
17. A winner will be drawn at random at the end of each CDC’s Doula Dates course.
Receipt of the prize
18. The winner will receive details of or the physical prize at the end of the session.

Privacy and data protection
19. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw or booking onto Doula Dates being used by CDC for the purposes of administering the course and prize draw, in line with our Privacy Policy.
20. An announcement of the prize draw winner, including their first name and photograph, may be made via the CDC Instagram account.
21. All personal information will be used and stored in accordance with CDC’s Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability
25. CDC does not accept liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered as a result of participating in the Doula Dates course or prize draw.
26. CDC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the prize draw at any time without prior notice.
27. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
