Food is available for most gigs, by advance order only. Orders must be received by 5pm on the Wednesday prior to the gig. Payment for food is by cash only at the gig. Please see https://www.wakefieldjazz.org/food for details.

There is no minimum age limit for attending Wakefield Jazz gigs, but children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

If you need to refund or exchange your ticket, please contact us no later than 24 hours before the start time of the gig. We can exchange your ticket for another Wakefield Jazz gig of the same face value or lower, or we can issue a full refund, according to your preference. If you request a refund, we can only refund the face value of the ticket; booking fees are not refundable, as they are paid to our ticketing provider, not to Wakefield Jazz.

In the unlikely event of a cancellation, we will provide you with as much notice as possible and we will refund you the price of your ticket. We cannot refund any other costs you incur in respect of a cancelled gig, such as travel or accommodation costs.
