Terms and Conditions – Inflection Point Events Ltd (Organiser of SCALE Sessions)

Complimentary Passes
1. Complimentary passes may be available for SCALE Sessions. They are limited in number and can only be allocated by SCALE team members.
2. Applying for a pass does not constitute confirmation of attendance.
3. SCALE will contact you to confirm whether you need to register for a ticket using a discount code to acquire your free SCALE Sessions pass. YOU MUST NOT SHARE THIS CODE. Anyone found to be sharing discount codes without the express permission of SCALE (Inflection Point Events Ltd) may have their access to SCALE Sessions withdrawn.
5. The organiser’s decision is final.

Payment Terms
All paid passes must be paid for at the time of booking.
Attendance is only confirmed once payment is received.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to keep their receipt safe.

Travel
· Travel is not included. Attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements.
· Inflection Point Events Ltd is not liable for delays or non-attendance due to transportation issues, including strikes or cancellations.

Cancellations and Substitutions
· All SCALE Sessions bookings are non-refundable.
· If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your pass to a colleague by contacting us via the ticketing platform.
Data Privacy and Sponsor Interaction
· Inflection Point Events Ltd will collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering for the event:
· You consent to receiving essential event communications.
· If you attend a sponsored SCALE Session, workshop or roundtable, or interact with a sponsor you consent to your contact details being shared with that sponsor for relevant post-event follow-up.
Security
· We use secure systems and trusted providers to process sensitive information, such as credit card details.
· All personal data is securely stored and only accessible to authorised personnel.

Law
· These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
