Match Coach Travel – Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made in advance via TryBooking. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a seat. Bookings are non-transferable unless agreed in advance by the organiser.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

No refunds will be given unless the coach travel itself is cancelled by the organiser, or the match is postponed or abandoned before travel commences.

If travel is cancelled by the organiser, or the match is postponed or abandoned prior to departure, a full refund of the travel cost will be issued.

No refunds will be issued where:

A match is postponed or abandoned after travel has commenced

Kick-off time is changed

A passenger fails to attend

A passenger misses the coach

Personal circumstances prevent travel

Travel is deemed to have commenced once the coach departs the first scheduled pick-up point.

3. Membership Rates

Member-rate tickets are strictly for current members only. Any non-member booking at a member rate will have their booking cancelled with no refund. Proof of membership may be requested at any time.

4. Behaviour & Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave in a safe, respectful and responsible manner. The organiser and driver reserve the right to refuse travel or remove any passenger whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, abusive or likely to cause damage or distress. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.

5. Alcohol, Drugs & Prohibited Items

Alcohol is not permitted on coaches. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Any passenger found in breach of this condition may be refused travel or removed from the coach. No refund will be given.

6. Seating & Pick-Up

Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise stated. Passengers must be present at their pick-up point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The coach will not wait for late arrivals and no refund will be issued.

7. Changes to Travel

The organiser reserves the right to amend departure times, pick-up points or vehicles where reasonably necessary.

8. Liability

Passengers travel at their own risk. The organiser accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings, or for delays caused by traffic, weather or other factors beyond reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory rights.

9. Health & Safety

Passengers must follow all instructions given by the driver or organiser, including the wearing of seatbelts where fitted. Failure to comply may result in refusal of travel with no refund.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By booking travel, passengers confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
