By booking to attend an event organised by LGGS you are agreeing to abide by the organisational, health and safety, and safeguarding arrangements put in place for that event. These will be notified to you at the event, or can be requested from the Event Organiser in advance.

Unless an event is specifically advertised as raising funds for a third party, any fees or donations paid to LGGS will be used entirely in relation to the LGGS's educational and community aims, including funding the costs of running the particular event and supporting the costs of future events of a similar nature.

For events where a fee is charged, 100% refunds will only be guaranteed if: 1. the event has been cancelled by LGGS, and LGGS is able to recoup the entire lost income from the organiser/ our insurers, OR 2. if the ticket is returned at least 2 working days before the event, and LGGS is able to recoup the lost income from the organiser/ our insurers/ by reselling the ticket.
In other circumstances LGGS will consider offering a discretionary 100% refund or gift certificate, or a partial refund, on a case-by-case basis.

TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2.
