Terms and Conditions

1. General Information
KJ Fundays offers indoor inflatable play sessions for children and families at a cost of £5.99 per session per participant. By booking or attending, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Admission and Supervision
* Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
* KJ Fundays LTD staff are present to monitor equipment but are not responsible for individual child supervision.
* Certain inflatables may have age, height, or weight restrictions which must be followed.

3. Health and Safety
* Participants use equipment at their own risk.
* Anyone with medical conditions, injuries, or who is pregnant should not use the inflatables.
* Shoes, sharp objects, glasses (if unsafe), and food/drinks are not permitted on the inflatables.
* Socks must be worn at all times.

4. Behaviour Policy
* No rough play, pushing, or misuse of equipment.
* KJ Fundays LTD reserves the right to remove any participant behaving unsafely or disrespectfully without refund.

5. Booking and Payments
* All sessions must be booked in advance or paid on entry (subject to availability).
* Payment of £5.99 secures entry to one session only.

6. Cancellations and Refunds
* Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by KJ Fundays LTD.
* In the event of cancellation, an alternative date or refund may be offered.

7. Personal Belongings
* KJ Fundays LTD accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

8. Photography and Media
* Photos or videos may be taken during sessions for promotional purposes.
* If you do not wish to be included, please inform staff on arrival.

9. Liability Disclaimer
* KJ Fundays LTD is not liable for any injuries sustained during participation, except where required by law.
* By attending, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with inflatable play.

10. Right to Refuse Entry
* KJ Fundays LTD reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

11. Changes to Sessions
* KJ Fundays may change session times, layouts, or equipment where necessary for safety or operational reasons.
