Terms and Conditions
. All entrants take part entirely at their own risk and CancerCare will not be liable for any injury, damage or loss that might occur before, during or after the event.

2. We endeavour that the event will go ahead unless exceptional circumstances prevent it, in which case all participants will be contacted via email.

3. Your registration fee to the Santa Dash is non-refundable. Each participant will receive a 'thank you for booking & welcome email', instructions for the day and after the event they will receive a thank you email from CancerCare!

4. Santa Dash participants entering in the individual or family category will receive a Santa hat, medal, and a candy cane.

5. Any wonderful sponsorship money raised can be pledged via JustGiving or can be returned to:
CancerCare North Lancashire & South Lakes, Slynedales, Slyne Road, LA2 6ST.

a) Any sponsorship monies raised will be for CancerCare only and all monies donated to be forwarded to the Charity no later than six weeks after the event.
b) Participants to tell their sponsors monies raised are “in aid of” CancerCare.
c) To send CancerCare the completed sponsor forms with details of the names and addresses of and amounts donated or pledged by all sponsors no later than 6 weeks after my event. This will allow CancerCare to process gift aid on donations. Please note that we will not contact your sponsors.
d) Only use sponsorship forms issued by CancerCare and not use any other type of sponsorship form (unless otherwise agreed)

Photos

1. I understand that there may be photography at the event and I grant permission for CancerCare to use photographs, motion pictures, quotes, or any other record of my participation in my chosen event for the purpose of marketing future events online and on print materials, for a period of 5 years.

2. I understand if I do not wish my photograph to be taken and/or used, I should inform CancerCare so that they can make the necessary arrangements. I understand that if I wish to withdraw my consent at any time, I should email fundraising@cancercare.org.uk. I also acknowledge that while CancerCare will use all reasonable endeavours to comply with any such notice of withdrawal of permission it cannot guarantee that materials in public circulation at the date on which the request is received will be withdrawn immediately.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
