Terms and Conditions
1. This ticket is proof of purchase of the above event and must be presented at the time of admission.
2. This ticket is non-transferable.
3. Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry.
4. Refunds are available at the discretion of the Event Organiser.
5. As the Event Organiser hosting this event, Slyne-with-Hest Memorial Hall is solely responsible for all issues relating to the sale of tickets.
6. This ticket has been created and managed using the TryBooking site and is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of TryBooking.
7. The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry.
8. If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all patrons.
9. There will be no selling of duty-frees, including perfumes, alcohol and tobacco products, flammable liquids, counterfeit items, live animals, fireworks, firearms, air guns and other weapons. No refunds will be given if you turn up with these goods. The Consumer Protection Act 1987 and the General Product Safety Regulations 2005 require all goods sold, including second-hand goods, to be safe. In particular, there are specific safety requirements for new items such as toys, cosmetics and electrical goods. Food items must be within their use by/best-before date (if packaged), labelled appropriately (particularly concerning allergens), and must be stored appropriately. 10. If selling age-restricted products including DVDs or computer games, please be aware it is illegal to sell to underage purchasers.
11. All rubbish should be taken away for disposal at the end of the sale.
12. Proof of age may be requested where appropriate.
13. Any persons who are noisy, drunk, threatening or unruly will be asked to leave the premises and will not be eligible for a refund.
14. The event organiser has all rights to film, photo and video production of this event.
