Terms and Conditions  −  Teddy Bears in the Woods – Stay and Play

By booking a place at the Teddy Bears in the Woods – Stay and Play event at St Albans High School for Girls Prep, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Supervision

Children must remain under the full supervision of their parent or carer at all times during the event.
Staff are present to lead activities, but responsibility for each child remains with their accompanying adult.

2. Age Guidance

This event is designed for children aged 2–4 years.
Babes in arms may attend; however, they will not be included in the activity provision and must always remain under the supervision of their parent or carer.

3. Health, Safety & Allergies

Please provide full and accurate allergy information during the booking process.
Families must check all snacks provided before allowing their child to consume them.
A first aider will be present for the duration of the session.
Please dress children appropriately for outdoor woodland play.

4. Facilities

There are no baby changing facilities available at this event.
Toilet facilities are available within the main school building which is a short walk from the site.
Prams or pushchairs may need to be left outside the woodland area due to uneven terrain.

5. Weather Conditions

This is an outdoor event and will proceed in most weather conditions.
In the event of severe weather, the event will be cancelled and families will be notified by email.

6. Photography

The school may take general photographs for marketing purposes.
If you do not wish your child to appear in photos, please indicate this on the booking form.

7. Cancellations

If you are unable to attend, please notify the STAHS Prep Office via email prep@stahs.ac.uk so your place may be offered to another family.

8. Behaviour & Conduct

We aim to create a friendly, welcoming environment.

The school reserves the right to ask any attendee to leave if their behaviour poses a safety risk or disrupts the experience for others.
