Your entry fee covers your place in the event. If this event is cancelled for any reason all tickets will be refunded. For all other reasons this is a non-refundable and non-transferable event. If you are unable to take part, please let us know as soon as possible.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS
It is your responsibility to make sure you are fit to take part in the gaming tournament. If you are in any doubt, please consult your GP.

AGE LIMITS
The minimum recommended age for children is 13 years old due to the PEGI 13 age of the game. Children under the age of 16 enter at parents discretion and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

PHOTOGRAPHY
By registering for this event you agree that any photographs taken may be used for promotional purposes by CancerCare.
