Brands & Hands Event Terms and Conditions
By booking and attending Brands & Hands, all attendees agree to the following terms and conditions.
Booking and entry
All bookings must be completed through the official booking system. A place is only confirmed once payment has been received in full. Tickets are subject to availability.
Your ticket includes entry to the event, access to activities, guest speakers, networking opportunities, and food and refreshments available during the event.
Event details
Brands & Hands will take place on 16th July from 9:00am to 1:00pm. The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event programme, speakers, activities, timings or venue where necessary.
Activities and participation
Brands & Hands includes interactive activities which may involve physical movement, including but not limited to football challenges, escape room style activities and other active sessions.
Attendees take part in any activity at their own discretion and are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate safely. All attendees must follow instructions given by staff, activity leaders and venue representatives at all times.
The organisers reserve the right to stop any attendee from taking part in an activity if participation is believed to present a risk to themselves or others.
Health and safety
Attendees should wear suitable clothing and footwear for taking part in activities. Any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, accessibility requirements or other relevant concerns that may affect participation should be disclosed to the organisers in advance where possible.
All attendees are expected to behave in a safe, respectful and appropriate manner throughout the event. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is unsafe, inappropriate, disruptive or likely to cause harm. In these circumstances, no refund will be given.
Food and refreshments
Food and refreshments may be provided at the event. While every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate dietary requirements where these have been provided in advance, the organisers cannot guarantee that any food or drink served will be completely free from allergens or cross-contamination.
Attendees with allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements are responsible for informing the organisers in advance and checking with staff before consuming any food or drink.
Filming and photography
Photography and filming will take place during the event for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, including use on social media, websites, printed materials and other communications.
By attending the event, attendees acknowledge that photography and filming may take place in public event spaces. Anyone who does not wish to appear in photographs or video footage should inform a member of staff on arrival, and reasonable steps will be taken where possible.
Liability
The organisers will take reasonable steps to help provide a safe and enjoyable event. However, attendees take part in activities at their own discretion and are responsible for following all instructions and acting in a safe manner.
The organisers are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings brought to the event. Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Cancellations and refunds
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser. If an attendee can no longer attend, tickets may only be transferred at the discretion of the organiser.
If the event is cancelled, postponed or significantly changed due to circumstances beyond the organiser’s control, the organiser will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees.
General
The organisers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions where necessary. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
