2. Tickets may be transferred to another session once, during a termly block, only at the absolute discretion of the Event Organiser.
3. Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry. Falsified tickets will result in refusal of entry.
4. Refunds are only available at the absolute discretion of the Event Organiser.
5. The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry.

7. Scalped tickets may be cancelled, and the ticket holder denied entry.
8. If tickets sold on, the Event Organiser must be updated with the participants details.
9. If a session is cancelled by the Event Organiser, suitable alternatives will be offered. The event organiser may transfer the ticket to another session, or a refund may be offered. Refunds will be at the absolute discretion of the Event Organiser.
10. Refunds are not available for illness or any other reason for non-attendance at a pre-booked event, including COVID-19.
