Season Ticket Terms & Conditions
1. General

1.1 A Season Ticket is valid for home league fixtures only during the 2026/27 season, unless otherwise stated.
1.2 Cup competitions, play-offs, friendlies, and any additional matches are not included unless explicitly advertised.
1.3 Season Tickets are issued by [Club Name] and remain the property of the club at all times.

2. Eligibility & Admission Categories

2.1 Season Tickets are available in the following categories: Adult, Young Adult (18–21), Concession, Junior (where applicable).
2.2 Proof of age or eligibility may be requested at the turnstiles or when purchasing.
2.3 The club reserves the right to withdraw or reclassify a Season Ticket if it has been purchased under an incorrect category.

3. Use of Season Ticket

3.1 Season Tickets must be shown on entry to each match.
3.2 Tickets are non-transferable unless stated otherwise by the club.
3.3 The club reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who fails to comply with ground regulations or steward instructions.

4. Refunds & Replacements

4.1 Season Tickets are non-refundable, except where required by law.
4.2 Lost or stolen Season Tickets should be reported to the club immediately. Replacement tickets may be issued at the club’s discretion and may be subject to an administration fee.
4.3 No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for postponed, abandoned, or rescheduled matches.

5. Match Changes & Abandonments

5.1 The club is not responsible for changes to kick-off times, dates, or fixtures made by the league or governing body.
5.2 Abandoned matches will be treated in accordance with league regulations.

6. Conduct

6.1 The holder agrees to abide by all ground regulations, league rules, and relevant legislation.
6.2 Unacceptable behaviour, including discrimination, abuse, or persistent misconduct, may result in withdrawal of the Season Ticket without refund.

7. Data Protection

7.1 Personal information provided will be used solely for club administration purposes and handled in line with applicable data protection legislation.

8. Amendments

8.1 The club reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time where reasonably necessary.
8.2 Updated Terms & Conditions will be published via official club communication channels.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
