  These are the terms and conditions on which we supply tickets to you for Events that are advertised on trybooking.
INFORMATION ABOUT US
We are Bwlchgwyn Village Hall Association (“BVHA”) a CHARITY registered in Wales.

You will be required to register for events on trybooking where full payment will be taken.
Our Events are as advertised on the website.  If any changes are made to the Event prior to this taking place, you will be notified and will have the right to cancel your tickets.
If you wish to make a change to your booking, please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible, we will let you know about any changes to the price or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change.
OUR RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES  
Minor changes to the Events. We may change the Event:
(a) the speaker or host of the Event; or
(b) make minor changes to the content.
These minor changes will not make a significant impact to that advertised and we will notify this to you as soon as possible.
More significant changes to the Event and these terms. If there are any significant changes to that which was advertised, we will notify you of the changes and, if you do not accept these changes you may cancel and receive a full refund.
Termination of your participation in the Event.  If the event organiser considers that your behaviour at a physical or virtual Event is such that it is detrimental to the reputation of BVHA and not in the best interests of the other attendees at an Event, then your participation in the Event may be terminated forthwith either by asking you to leave the physical Event or by excluding you from participation in a virtual Event.  Examples of behaviour which may lead to your exclusion from an Event are:
(a)       making racist or homophobic comments;
(b)      being aggressive or making demeaning comments about other participants at the Event OR Event Organisers.
In the event that you are excluded from the Event, you will not be entitled to any refund.
YOUR RIGHTS TO END THE CONTRACT AND CANCELLATION  
You can always end your booking with us. If you wish to terminate your booking, you must telephone or email us immediately.  Your rights when you end the booking will depend on what Event you have booked and how many days before the Event that you request to end the contract as follows:
(a)      if you wish to terminate your contract with more than 14 clear days before the Event takes place, you will be entitled to a 50% refund less any booking fee advertised.
(b)      if you wish to cancel with less than 14 days before the Event takes place, you will not be entitled to any refund.
(c)      if you do not attend an Event that you have booked and paid for, you will not be entitled to any refund.
Exercising your right to change your mind if you are a consumer (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). If you are a consumer then for most products bought online you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund. These rights, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, are explained in more detail in these terms.
When consumers do not have a right to change their minds. You’re right as a consumer to change your mind does not apply in respect of: E-tickets that are booked to an event with less than 14 days before it takes place.
If you think your booking receipt is wrong please contact us promptly to let us know.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This ticket was produced using the TryBooking UK Ltd website. All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
