I am entering The Lakes Farm Equestrian Easter Trek and Gymkhana. I acknowledge that I attend this event entirely at my own risk. The committee and organisers, strongly suggest that the participant attending inspects the facilities and equipment, prior to entering the Arena to ride/compete. The participant entering the Arena must have their own liability insurance. The committee/organisers accept no responsibility to person or possessions, you enter the Arena, and participate at your own risk. No responsibility for loss, damage or injury to horse/rider, rider, spectator or property will be accepted by the Organisers.
Any participants under 18 years old must have a responsible adult on-site at all times when participating in this event. The wearing of Body protection is strongly suggested to minimise the risk of injury.
I understand that entries on the day are subject to availability and cannot be entered if the class has already begun

A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6.
