Terms and Conditions:
- Bring your own roller skates or roller blades.
- There are limited skates available to borrow - If you haven't enquired and had confirmation of skate hire before buying your ticket we cannot guarantee that we can accommodate this.
- You will be skating at your own risk. Protective gear is recommended & there is no first aider. Please agree to T&C's
- A drink will be provided, but feel free bring your own drinks too (non-alcoholic only!)
- Please note that there are no grab rails so if you are unable to skate without holding onto something, bear this in mind.
- There is disco/flashing lighting - if you have epilepsy please consider this before buying a ticket.
- Numbers are limited

While every effort is made to ensure a safe experience at our roller session, participants
must be aware that roller skating is a potentially hazardous activity and unpreventable
accidents can happen. We recommend that participants obtain their own personal sports
accident insurance.
The organisers and venue accept no responsibility for any accidents, injuries, loss, loss of
earnings, or damage howsoever caused to yourself or a third party that may occur during
the session, including venue structures, obstacles or the actions of other skaters.
The organisers reserve the right to remove skaters from the hall if they suspect them as
being a danger to themselves or to others at any time.
Skaters are responsible for their own safety. Participants’ own skates and safety equipment
must be brought along by each participant. We do not provide any skates or safety
equipment. There is no first aider on site but there is a first aid kit on the premises and we
will provide ice packs if needed. Stretching/warming up prior to and after skating is
recommended to prevent injury.

PRE EXISTING MEDICAL CONDITIONS
We strongly recommend that you do not take part in any skating activity if you suffer from:
- Brittle bones
- High blood pressure
- Heart Illness
- Joint injuries
- Back or neck problems
- Ankle or knee weakness
Or any other condition that could be aggravated by this activity. If you are, or suspect
you are pregnant you should not take part in this activity. Consult your doctor if unsure

RULES AND REGULATIONS
- No disorderly conduct or foul language
- No smoking or vaping
- Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs WILL NOT be allowed on the premises
- All skates must be clean, in good repair and worn correctly

- Please look after your belongings – the organisers are not responsible or liable for any
item(s) deemed lost or stolen.
- No-one under the age of 18 is permitted to skate
- Persons entering the venue premises and car park assume all risks regarding accidents
and injury to themselves
- The organisers operate a zero tolerance against drugs and bullying
- We will adhere to any COVID-19 government guidelines, but individuals are responsible
for their own safety and precautions
- ALL SKATING IS AT YOUR OWN RISK

SESSION RULES
- All skaters must skate in the same direction (the direction may be changed during the
session to prevent muscle imbalance – this will be announced)
- Fast, reckless behaviour, tag playing, pushing or skating in an unsafe manner that may
jeopardise the safety of others is not permitted
- No slamming into the walls
- Keep moving on the skate floor
- No sitting or lying on the skate floor
- No food, drink or chewing gum on the skate floor at any time
- No skating while eating, drinking or chewing gum
- Skate to your own ability and be considerate and supportive to new skaters
- Abide by announcements and instructions
- Please report all accidents, first aid emergencies and hazards to Ruth or Emma
immediately

Refund policy:
- Sorry, no refunds, but you can transfer your ticket to a friend or get credit for a future session if you give more than 24 hour's notice before the skate session at the organisers discretion.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
