🌿Wildflowers Community Play – Kindness Rocks Event Terms & Conditions

* Children must be supervised by a parent or carer at all times.
* Parents and carers remain fully responsible for their children throughout the event.
* Please dress appropriately for the weather and outdoor conditions, including suitable footwear.
* This event is weather dependent. In the event of severe weather, Wildflowers Community Play may need to cancelled.
* Rocks will be available on a first come, first served basis. Once all rocks have been used, there will be no more available.
* Please be respectful of the nature reserve, wildlife, plants and surrounding environment.
* Any rubbish should be taken home or placed in the bins provided.
* Families are encouraged to stay together whilst walking around the reserve and hiding rocks.
* Please only leave rocks in safe, visible places for others to find.
* Wildflowers Community Play is not responsible for any lost or damaged belongings.
* By attending, you understand that photographs may be taken during the session for social media or promotional use. Please let us know on arrival if you do not wish for your family to be included.
* This is a free event but spaces should be booked in advance so we know how many families to expect.
