Terms and Conditions for Into the Woods
Transaction fees:
A small transaction fee of £0.15 will be added to the face value price of each ticket by TryBooking. Tickets are only available from Leighton Park School via TryBooking. It may be possible to refund or to exchange tickets given a minimum of 24 hours notice. Any queries should be directed to the Drama Department. Please contact leorussell@leightonpark.com.
Children under 16:
Leighton Park students in Years 7 to 11 must be accompanied by a responsible adult who is also attending the same performance. If your child is attending without you, please nominate a responsible adult for your child.
Parking:
Parking will be available on site at Grove car park, accessible via the Shinfield Road entrance (sat nav RG2 7DE). Additional parking can be accessed on Pepper Lane or at the University of Reading, where charges may apply. Please check the signage for details if you are parking off the Park.
Accessibility:
If you, or one of your party, should have any accessibility requirements please contact the school in advance of the performance to discuss your needs. You are welcome to email Sarah Collis, our Health and Safety Officer, via sarahcollis@leightonpark.com or call 0118 987 9513. Sarah will be pleased to arrange reserved seating for any mobility impaired guests and will work with you to ensure that an appropriate fire evacuation plan is in place, should there be the need for an emergency evacuation.
