Mat Pilates Event – Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking Confirmation
All spaces must be booked in advance and are confirmed only once full payment has been received. Due to limited availability, spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
All bookings are non-refundable. Once your space has been secured, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including cancellations or non-attendance.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth start to the session. Late arrivals may not be permitted to join once the class has begun, and no refunds will be given.

Health & Responsibility
By attending, you confirm that you are fit and able to participate in a Mat Pilates session. Please inform us of any injuries or medical conditions beforehand. Participation is at your own risk.

Event Changes or Cancellation by Organiser
In the unlikely event that the class needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, you will be offered either a transfer to a new date or a full refund.
